I am profoundly concerned about the future of Japan.

A rapidly shrinking population, the erosion of future core industries that once led the world—we have known for decades that this crisis was coming. Yet, Japan has drifted to this point with almost no decisive action. The conventional HR industry has also failed to offer a fundamental solution, remaining consumed by immediate, short-term supply-and-demand matching.

Does this mean Japan’s decline is inevitable?
My answer is a resounding, unwavering "NO."
