Internal Reporting & Consultation
Fellowship Co., Ltd. has established an Internal Whistleblowing & Consultation Hotline in accordance with its internal whistleblowing regulations, in order to promote highly transparent management based on legal compliance and corporate ethics.
This hotline is intended to enable the early detection and correction of any "misconduct"—such as violations of laws and regulations, violations of internal rules, or harassment—that has occurred or may occur in the course of the Company's business.
■ Who Can Use This Hotline
・Officers and all employees of the Company (regardless of office/field assignment or type of employment)
・Business partners of the Company, and others
■ Protection of Whistleblowers
To ensure that whistleblowers can use the hotline with peace of mind, the Company has established the following framework.
・Ensuring anonymity: You may report or consult without disclosing your name.
・Strict confidentiality: The content of reports and any personal information are shared only to the minimum extent necessary for the investigation and are strictly protected.
・Prohibition of detrimental treatment: We promise that we will never dismiss, terminate the contract of, or otherwise disadvantage any person on the grounds of having made a report.
■ Points to Note Before Use (Please Read Carefully)
This hotline may be used when any of the following "misconduct" has occurred or may occur.
1. Acts that violate laws, regulations, guidelines, or industry rules
2. Acts contrary to public order and morals, or acts that damage the Company's reputation or credibility
3. Human rights violations such as power harassment or sexual harassment
4. Other serious acts that violate compliance
To ensure the proper operation of this system, please confirm in advance whether your matter falls under any of items 1–4 above before contacting us.
General business-related questions, confirmation of contract details, and consultations regarding working conditions are handled by your sales representative, your CC (Career Advisor), or via our online inquiry form. We kindly ask that you contact the appropriate point of contact according to the nature of your inquiry.

Depending on the whistleblower's preference, either the internal contact or the external contact (law firm) may be selected.
